Refund policy

Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear items are eligible only for exchange or store credit.

Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and hygiene stickers intact.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds are not offered unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
